What is your role at Quack's?
I am the managing director for Quack's 43rd St Bakery and The Cakery at Quack's. I oversee the entire business and check in with all of the heads of department to make sure things are running smoothly. I work toward Quack's future growth and ensure that the Quack's organization and its people are upholding the values and mission statement that we have had since 1983!

Welcome 2015! We are ready for you. In the spring of 2015 Quack's 43rd St Bakery will be opening the doors to The Cakery at Quacks! This new 750sqft space will be a dedicated Decorators Studio and "Bridal Sweet". Adding this space will allow us to provide all natural, themed birthday cakes, tiered celebration cakes and wedding cakes from scratch. The Bridal Sweet at The Cakery will provide a warm and welcoming environment for creating the perfect cake for your special day.
